Warranty & Refund Policy

We warrant that the products sold in our website, other than explicitly stated, are 100% brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship. Our detailed warrant policy is as follows:

Warranty Policy

shopping-adapter.com carries a one year warranty on all products. If a product fails to work within a year of the purchase date, contact us and we will issue the return information.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we will cover the shipping on the replacement that we send to you. No Exceptions will be made.

There is a 30 day return for refund policy, beyond that we can only exchange for replacement.

The Warranty does not include physical damage. If a product fails to work due to physical damage, we cannot replace it.

Please Note: All Returns must be authorized by shopping-adapter.com. Any returned item that does not have expressed authorization from us will be refused.

Return Policy

All products carry a 1 Year Warranty. Returns for warranty replacement/repair can be done within that period.

A Return Authorization Number (RMA#) must be obtained by emailing us at service@shopping-adapter.com before sending a product back.

All returns without prior authorization will be refused by our receiving dept. RMA#'s must be clearly written outside the box you ship the product back in.

All products sold by shopping-adapter.com come with a 1 year warranty. Here is the standard policy for exchanges and refunds:

Warranty returns:

The 1 year replacement warranty starts from the order date. If you need to return anything, it must be received by us on or before the warranty expires.
We reserve the right to replace with a new/refurbished product. Products cannot be exchanged for a different item. Physical damage to the product voids all warranties.
Cost of shipping to us is borne by the customer, and we pay for shipping the replacement back.

shopping-adapter.com will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle. We do not cross-ship any item. We do not exchange RMA items for different items. We will only replace an RMA'd item with a an identical replacement item of the same make and model.
